Hot/ Cold Gel Packs: SURGIPACK and THERMOSKIN products that have been purchased are recalled by the Australian

Government in consulting with the Therapeutic Goods Administration due to toxic substances manufactured in the product. THERMOSKIN Small (20cm*13cm), Medium (30cm*13cm) and Large (37cm *18cm) and SURGIPACK Small and Large. Product codes: THERMOSKIN: 8690 (s), 86902 (m), 86903 (L). SURGIPACK: CSM (S), CSL (L) Please call our customer service line 1300 785 786 to arrange the return of the affected product and a refund, the will be a short delay as we need on send the product back to our suppliers.
