Having won the IF award for both Material and Product design in 2007, the Bauerfeind GenuTrain A3 knee sleeve is a German Made, high quality, innovative, graduated compression support. Working to relieve conditions such as gonarthrosis, ligamentosis, tendomyopathy, knee pain due to muscular imbalance, patella lateralization and varus osteoarthritis, this brace demonstrates versatility and creativity.
The soft knit fabric provides comfort and medically effective compression. Viscoelastic inserts encompass all typical pain areas of the knee and has friction zones, which are covered with nubs to stimulate skin receptors and nerve endings. It also features a patella correcting guide which counteracts patellar drifting.
Two spiral stays located on each side provide extra support and a stretch zone in the lower leg facilitates application and removal of brace.

Mode of Action:

The compression/decompression effect resulting from movement similar to a friction massage promotes the reduction of edema and resorption of swelling. This accelerates the healing process and leads to pain reduction in the medial subcapsular ligament area
The stimulation of skin receptors and nerve endings in the muscle-tendon transition supports the neuro-myonal system. This leads to a synchronization and activation of musculature. The vastus medialis is stimulated in particular. The rectus tendon is left free
The integrated corrective guide counteracts patellar drifting

Measure with knee bent to 30 degree angle 12cm below mid patella and then 14cm above mid patella.

Delivery Times

Please note that your order will be processed within 24 hours from the first weekday (Mon-Fri). Whilst we endeavour to send your goods quickly, we do not guarantee overnight delivery. If goods are not in stock, you will be advised by either phone or email.

Orders over $100

All orders over $100 are now being shipped by eParcel where a signature will be required for delivery. Please keep this in mind when selecting an appropriate delivery address. A commercial location is preferred, but a residential address is also acceptable if the delivery can be received.

International Shipping
