Internationally known for his pioneering work using swiss balls in athletic conditioning, Paul Chek brings you the same expertise that athletes normally pay thousands of dollars for in on of his personalised programs. In this two-volume program, Paul will teach you the techniques that can improve your performance in almost any sport.

Volume 1 - Instruction (33 minutes)

Paul takes you one-on-one through each exercise, showing you correct technique and modifications to customise them to fit your level of conditioning.

Volume 2 - Exercises (48 minutes)

A full 45 minute athletic workout, complete with stretches and warm-up. Or, choose the beginner 30 minute workout, which is also ideal for athletes on low-intensity training days.

Note: the exercises demonstrated in this program are advanced. Mastering Paul Chek's program Swiss Ball Exercises for Better Abs, Buns and Backs is recommended before attempting this program.

Delivery Times

Please note that your order will be processed within 24 hours from the first weekday (Mon-Fri). Whilst we endeavour to send your goods quickly, we do not guarantee overnight delivery. If goods are not in stock, you will be advised by either phone or email.

Orders over $100

All orders over $100 are now being shipped by eParcel where a signature will be required for delivery. Please keep this in mind when selecting an appropriate delivery address. A commercial location is preferred, but a residential address is also acceptable if the delivery can be received.

International Shipping

International shipping charges include insurance (unless the country does not offer this service). *Some larger items may have greater shipping charges for international customers. The summary page during checkout will give all totals (before payment).
