Manual labour and repetitive tasks in the workplace such as heavy lifting, moving stock, unpacking trucks and warehouses, operating heavy machinery, gardening, cleaning etc, can all have negative affect the heath of your back and often results in back pain. Because these tasks are often unavoidable, it is essential to protect your back from injury or re-injury as much as possible. You can achieve this with our Industrial Belt Support. Unique features include:

1. Smaller Height

The Industrial belt is only 210mm high at the back compared with the Sacro-Cinch brace which is 250mm high. This smaller size gives you more freedom to move when performing manual labour tasks.

2. Adjustable Girth.

Our belt has a very wide area (10 inches) of hook and pile (velcro) across the front of the support giving you lots of area to make the small adjustments required for the perfect fit.

3. Choice of 'Straps' (braces) or 'No Straps'.

Common manual labour tasks and other work activities are often split into 'off-and-on' times throughout the work day, and the use of your back belt is not required during the off times. However, due to the nature of the workplace, use of your back brace is often required quickly, or at short notice. The straps that hang over your shoulders save you the repetitive task of taking the brace off and on throughout the day. After you have finished working on a job, simply release the compression of the belt and just wear the brace loosely until you need it again. The straps are adjustable for easy release and fastening. They can also be cut off should you not require their use.

4. Breathable 'Coolknit' Material.

The Comffit Industrial Belt Support is made from our special Coolknit material with 'see through' gaps that allow moisture out and air in, keeping you cooler on the job.

5. Wear over or under your work clothes.

The Industrial Belt can be worn over clothing of any type without affecting the level of support, so little preparation time is required to start using the brace.

6. Strong Compression.

The Industrial Back Support fastens with a large area of hook and loop (velcro) and two firm elastic straps are employed to pull the brace tightly from the center and into the body, forcing strong compression into your lower lumbar region.

7. Black Colour.

A darker colour has been chosen to hide dust and dirt that occurs during a normal working day.

8. Made in Australia.

To determine your size, measure your waist circumference. Note: If your hips that are significantly wider than waist you may require the next size up.

Return Policy

Worried that it won't fit? No problems. We offer you the option to return your back support for a refund on the cost price or a swap for size or a different support. The rules for returning a brace are:

Must not be used - only tried on for size
You must also return the packaging as well as the brace itself
You will pay the return postage
For exchanges and swap for size, you must also pay the postage for the replacement brace (this will be the same amount as the original shipping charge, ). Alternatively, you can include a pre-paid post satchel.
