Hold the circle in front of your chest between your palms, with your fingers out stretched. Your elbows should be slightly bent and facing outwards. Exhale, while pressing the Sissel pilates circle together. After 3 seconds, release the pressure slowly in a controlled manner

Hold the pilates circle slightly tilted (at about 45°) at hip height between your palms, fingers are out stretched. Your elbows should be slightly bent and facing outwards. Exhale, while pressing the Sissel pilates circle together. After 3 seconds, release the pressure slowly in a controlled manner.
