Worried that it won't fit? No problems. We offer you the option to return your back support for a refund on the cost price or a swap for size or a different support. The rules for returning a brace are:
- Must not be used - only tried on for size
- You must also return the packaging as well as the brace itself
- You will pay the return postage
- For exchanges and swap for size, you must also pay the postage for the replacement brace (this will be the same amount as the original shipping charge, ). Alternatively, you can include a pre-paid post satchel.
