Why use a posture support?
Posture: "the positioning of the different body parts relative to one another. Good posture is achieved by vertically aligning the different "blocks of weight" of the body (head, shoulders, abdomen, and hips), allowing for the natural curve of the spine with minimal distortions"
If you have bad posture, often referred to as round shoulder syndrome, it may be causing you unnecessary back aches and neck aches. Poor posture most often happens in the working environment, such as sitting all day at a desk, or packing goods at a table. Now, you can easily rectify the problem by using a support to control your posture. These braces act mostly as a firm 'reminder' that you can straighten your spine and maintain a healthy sitting or standing position - and hopefully, eradicate those unnecessary pains from poor posture.
