Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from other Swiss Ball videos you carry?
The other Swiss Balls videos we carry serve two functions. The first is an instructional video that teaches the viewer how to properly and effectively perform each exercise in the video. The second function of these videos is as a workout video. During this portion of the video, Paul leads the viewer through a complete Swiss Ball workout counting repetitions and reminding people how to perform each exercise correctly.
Advanced Swiss Ball for Rehabilitation is primarily a lecture-format video containing much more technical information than the other videos. Whereas our other Swiss Ball videos are "user-friendly" and geared toward the general public, Advanced Swiss Ball for Rehabilitation may be better suited for the exercise or health professional.
I have the other Swiss Ball videos. What will I learn from these?
For one, you will learn how to take some of the traditional exercises found on the other videos and turn them into assessments from which you can learn more about your clients. Secondly, there is much more technical and updated information on Swiss Ball training that is not included on the other videos. Dollar-for-dollar this video is an exceptional value for all the information presented on it.
